Our Story

That gap is why Wesley Consulting Group was created. We saw companies struggling to navigate digital transformation without the practical implementation support or a trusted partner who can translate complex technology into real operational benefits.
We built our consulting practice to solve that problem. Our work is rooted in understanding how businesses operate day-to-day, identifying what slows them down, and designing solutions that make work easier.

Tech Lead
Leads strategic consulting and implementation efforts across automation, AI adoption, and operational improvement. He partners with clients to map their current processes, identify high-impact opportunities, and design solutions that reduce manual work and unlock measurable performance gains. His approach combines hands-on execution with clear guidance to help teams adopt technology confidently and effectively.
Previously, he worked as an AI Software Engineer at Barclays, building AI models using machine learning algorithms to support business applications for over 10,000 employees across US, UK and India.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Cum Laude) from Rutgers University and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Outside of work, he enjoys connecting with new people, learning about different cultures, or exploring varieties of food from different cultures.
